They are so incompetent that they had no idea why my payment wasn’t going through for over a month. They finally tell me they lost my card through transit (aka STOLEN). After waiting, again, for the CRC to contact me, they offer me a refund. Cool I guess until you realize they take weeks to send you documents to sign. Also doesn’t help they will send a check that will supposedly be here in a month according to them."
